1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of geberlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Geber Labs LLC ("Geber Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a New York limited liability company (filed November 6, 2023) registered at 37 Bay 26th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11214, USA. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Services

Geber Labs is an independent software studio providing web development, React Native development, AI development & integration, and training & coaching services, as described on the Site. Descriptions of our services on the Site are for general informational purposes and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Client Engagements

Any actual engagement for services — scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment terms — is governed by a separate, signed statement of work or services agreement between Geber Labs and the client, which will take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding that engagement. Nothing on this Site constitutes such an agreement.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its related systems, or any server on which it is hosted.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Geber Labs name and mark — is the property of Geber Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Names, logos, and screenshots of third-party projects shown in our "Selected work" section remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to illustrate work performed by Geber Labs.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
